Hi, I'm Bolu. I'm an engineer and an author. I love building systems, making 3D environments, and reading. Below is a tour of some of my work: six projects across five domains. Each follows the same discipline, the baseline, the build, and the result. Jump to any of them, or read the map first.
EPMS commissioning programs, from readiness planning through energization.
Marketplaces, import engines, and publishing platforms that run themselves.
Technical support and bug fixes for the global YouVersion Bible app community.
An EPMS commissioning program brings owners, general contractors, trade partners, and the commissioning authority together around a single outcome: clean energization. Without a governing framework for readiness, turnover criteria drift, risks surface late, and stakeholder confidence erodes exactly when the schedule is least forgiving.
A program where every stakeholder works from the same definition of ready. Milestones stay predictable, turnover is clean, and the playbook compounds across different projects.
Photography and design freelancers need a marketplace built for how they actually work and get paid. A generic platform with a new logo does not cut it.
A working platform with the trust and safety basics in place, built toward launch.
A previous RSS news aggregator crashed and was abandoned. Keeping it alive by hand was too much for one person, and generic importers pulled in off-topic content.
An aggregator that runs itself and stays on topic without daily attention.
Ideas for spaces are cheap. Navigable ones are not: lighting, scale, and atmosphere have to be built, not described.
A growing body of navigable work, collected on the Unreal Engine page.
A first novel has to earn every page: a boy, a single airport sighting, and a dream of flight, told honestly.
Intended publication: May 2027. A book to inspire dreamers and children for generations.
ALREADY PUBLISHEDIdeas on the Ideal Man
A thought-provoking collection of essays challenging men to rise to biblical manhood: purpose, integrity, and service to God and others. Published March 2025.
YouVersion puts the Bible in the hands of a global community, people trying to get closer to God. When the app breaks for a reader, it interrupts that pursuit. Support has to be fast, accurate, and human.
Readers stay close to God without interruption, supported by people who care about the product and the mission behind it.
Managing EPMS and SCADA commissioning across hyperscale AI data center facilities.
In progress.
Technical process optimization, mission assurance engineering, and logistics in support of Army Reserve aviation readiness.
Led on-site commissioning for major colocation builds through construction and deployment, including SCADA applications design.
Diagnosed and resolved API failures, configuration defects, and tax engine logic errors across client-facing and internal systems.
Shipped React Native and Python for a global Bible app community, the same community I volunteer with today.
Troubleshooting and support. Where the craft started.
